We all know automation is the way, yet to a first approximation no one is actually doing it. The majority of companies are still using little to no automation in their software stacks, and only a couple of companies in the world automate their software supply chain with the fervor that manufacturing companies do so to their assembly lines.

What will it take to get from knowing the answers to everyone using them? What’s the path from the people in this little room knowing the truth to everyone knowing it so clearly there’s no need to proselytize any more?
