The Goat and Silo Problem

What can an old calculus problem teaching us about the culture often required for rolling out and maintaining configuration management/automation principles? In this talk I'll tell you. I'll talk about organizational Silos (hint maybe they aren't that bad), and the qualities needed in employees to be successful with DevOps, Configuration Management, and Cloud. I'll also talk about the actual calculus problem, and how solving the actual problem helps you with your Goats and Silos in your own organization. Don't will not actually be taking the limit of functions.

Although Michael's talk was not recorded, he gave a similar talk at DevOpsDays Amsterdam. A video of that talk is available on YouTube.
